Refund Policy

  • Return only size and color can be exchanged If available.
  • The product will only be exchange if the product obtained has any defect. You can contact our customer service by emailing us pictures of defected product at infobigsport1@gmail. or calling us at 0322-4881368 within two weeks.
  • if return your product, you should mail your product to our retail outlet.
  • Wash, used or damaged outfits will not be exchanged.
  • Product purchased on sale can only be exchanged if size available.
  • In case lost of shipment, customer must inform via email with complete order details. 
  • Returning items will be returned at customer’s cost.
